We maintain appropriate levels of cover for workers compensation and $20m public liability insurance.

Safe Work Methods Statement

 

With any new site Graeme conducts a risk assessment. Then, before work commences on the first occasion, he conducts a site inspection with the employees.

 

Thereafter the employees conduct their own site inspection, each and every time before commencing work, removing any hazards, placing signage if required, and generally ensuring that the site is safe.

Occupational Work Health & Safety

 

As the employer, Graeme notes it is his responsibility to ensure that employees will, as outlined in the OHS Act 2000 and the WHS Act 2011;

• not put others at risk;

• work safely;

• use and maintain machinery properly; and,

• ensure work area is free of hazards.

 

It is also Graeme’s responsibility to ensure that;

• employees are provided with the appropriate equipment for personal safe;

• employees are given on job instruction re risk management;

• all equipment has a regular service schedule; and,

• all equipment is inspected by himself or the operator before work commences.
